Authorisation Holder (MAH)
AshCure Pharma B.V. as the Marketing Authorisation Holder (MAH) collects and processes personal data belonging to several categories of individuals. The data controller will be the MAH whereby the MAH collects and processes personal data relating to:
• reports of adverse effects potentially arising from the consumption of products referred to as PV-related personal data
• reports of potential product quality defects where there are no pharmacovigilance consequences, referred to as product quality complaint-related personal data
• medical inquiries about products where there are no pharmacovigilance consequences, referred to as medical inquiry-related personal data
• inquiries relating to product availability where there are no pharmacovigilance consequences, referred to as product inquiry-related personal data

Governing Law

How does AshCure protect data?
AshCure as an organisation, takes the security of your data seriously. The organization has internal policies and controls in place to try to ensure that your data is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused, or disclosed, and is not accessed except by its employees in the performance of their duties.
Where the organization engages with third parties to process personal data on its behalf, they do so based on written instructions, are under a duty of confidentiality, and are obliged to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of data.

No decisions are based solely on automated data processing.
Translation Interpretation
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
